Refund & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition or missing parts due to reasons not our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account, then your credit card company, and then your bank. If still missing, contact us at info@iptivsmart.com.

Sale Items & Exchanges

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • We only replace items if defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us at info@iptivsmart.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable service or shipping insurance for expensive items.
